Refund and Deposit Policy
AllBiz Web requires a Non-Refundable Deposit for all new webdesign projects. AllBiz monthly maintenance packages allow agreed upon changes and updates as described within the signed agreement. No refunds are given only exchanges or credits toward additional services.
Terms & Conditions
:: Depending on the request changes will be made within 72 business hours of receipt. No weekends/No holidays.
:: Changes to terms must be submitted by the 20th of each month in order to apply toward that month’s credit. No rollover permitted.
:: Any changes/updates/edits beyond the agreed amount can be purchased directly and must be used within the month purchased.
:: Payment must be received in advance unless another arrangement has been agreed upon.
:: Site Maintenance/Security/Hosting/Blog posts are an additional and will be billed separately.
:: Billing will be assessed and task completion will take place as outlined within our agreement.
