What does AllBiz Web Marketing do?
We help coaches, entrepreneurs, and professionals simplify their business systems, strengthen their online presence, and use AI tools with intention. Our services include done-for-you AI business systems design and setup, VIP strategy days, ongoing marketing support, coaching, audits, and one-on-one sessions. Everything we do is built around helping you grow without burning out.
Who do you work with?
We primarily work with service-based professionals, coaches, consultants, and entrepreneurs. Our clients are typically people who are serious about what they are building, want practical support over hype, and value clarity and balance in how they run their business.
How do I know which service is right for me?
The best place to start is a free strategy session. We will talk through where you are right now, what feels most pressing, and which service fits your goals and budget. There is no pressure, just an honest conversation about the best path forward.
Do I need to understand AI or tech to work with you?
Not at all. Many of our clients come to us specifically because they feel overwhelmed by technology. We meet you where you are and explain everything in plain language. If something is done for you, you do not need to understand the technical side. If we are coaching you through it, we walk beside you step by step.
Getting Started
What is a strategy session and is it really free?
Yes, it is completely free. A strategy session is a focused conversation where we learn about your business, your goals, and what is currently standing in your way. By the end, you will have clarity on your next step, whether that involves working with us or not. Book yours here.
What should I have ready before our first conversation?
Just a general idea of where you are struggling or what you want to accomplish. You do not need a polished plan or a list of goals. We will help you organize your thoughts during our session. If you already have a website, email list, or social media presence, it helps to share those links so we can take a look beforehand.
How quickly can we get started?
Once we have had our initial conversation and agreed on the right service, most projects begin within one to two weeks. VIP Days and one-on-one sessions can often be scheduled sooner depending on availability.
AI Business Systems
What exactly are AI business systems?
AI Business Systems are part of our AI Strategy & Design Service, and they’re built to help your business run more efficiently. These are practical workflows and automations that can handle things like client follow-up, onboarding, content organization, and connecting your website, email, and other tools so everything works together more smoothly. The idea is to take care of the repetitive tasks so you can focus on the parts of your business that need your attention and expertise.
Will AI replace the personal feel of my business?
No. We design every system with your voice, your values, and your relationships in mind. AI is used as a supporting tool, never as a replacement for the human connection that makes your business special. If a particular use of AI does not feel right or add value, we do not force it in.
What tools do you typically work with?
We work with a range of tools depending on your needs, including Claude, ChatGPT, Zapier, Mailchimp, Canva, WordPress, Google Workspace, and many others. Our recommendations are always based on what works best for your specific situation, not on trends or what is newest.
VIP Day
What can we accomplish in a VIP Day?
More than you might expect. Clients have used their VIP Day to build a lead magnet and landing page, set up email automation, redesign a website section, create a client onboarding system, or map out a complete marketing plan. We focus on your highest priority project and give it our full attention for the session.
What is the difference between the 5-hour session and the 2-day experience?
The 5-hour session is ideal when you have one specific project to knock out. The 2-day experience is better for larger goals that need both strategy and implementation, like a full website overhaul or a complete systems build. Both include a pre-session strategy call and follow-up support.
Ongoing Support and Coaching
What does ongoing support include?
Our Biz Support Plans provide consistent, month-to-month marketing and systems support. This can include maintaining your website, managing email campaigns, improving automations, keeping your tools running smoothly, and providing strategic guidance as your business evolves. The level of support is flexible and adjusts as your needs change.
How is the 4-Session Coaching different from done-for-you services?
The 4-Session Strategy Coaching is for people who want to learn and do the work themselves with expert guidance. You get a customized action plan, accountability, and support across four focused sessions. If you decide later that you would rather have something handled for you, we can always transition to a done-for-you service.
Can I switch between services as my needs change?
Absolutely. Many clients start with a strategy session, move into a VIP Day or coaching package, and then settle into ongoing support. Your business is always evolving, and we design our services to grow with you.
Investment and Logistics
How much do your services cost?
Our services range depending on the scope and level of support. One-on-one sessions and tech coaching start at a single session rate. Coaching packages, VIP Days, and systems design are scoped based on your specific project. The best way to get accurate pricing is to book a strategy session so we can discuss what you need.
Do you offer payment plans?
We are happy to discuss flexible payment options for larger projects. Just ask during your strategy session and we will work something out that fits.
Do you work with clients outside the US?
Yes. All of our services are delivered virtually, so we work with clients wherever they are. Sessions are scheduled around your time zone.
