Mind you, it can be exhausting to be the go-to person but let me tell you that I’ve grown my entire business just on referrals. Which was only possible due to the trust that has been built over time. Establishing clear boundaries and admin systems will help you manage the client flow and assist you in avoiding burnout. When you allow technology to take over mundane repetitive tasks you have more time to give to your clients, thus avoiding any frustration that may arise because you’re being pulled in too many directions.
